We utterly adored our 5 days at Manor Farm. We stayed in the Parlour, which was a beautiful, super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed including a cot and high chair for our 2 year old. It stayed nice and cool during the heatwave and had a fan. Right on our doorstep was one of about half a dozen playgrounds on Manor Farm. Our daughter LOVED it. The swimming pool (bookable for £20ph) was great and had some fun inflatables - I do recommend booking a couple of days in advance as the slots go quickly). We loved venturing into the woods and walking around to see the animals. My family adored the goats, which have a tendency to escape and are very friendly. There are SO many things to do on the doorstep. Lechlade has everything you need and takes 10 minutes to walk into. The riverside pub served amazing food - recommended! My only suggestion is that the website needs updating a bit - the pictures of the site and accommodation are limited and really don’t do it justice. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. I have no doubt we’ll be back!
Very much a child friendly farm stopping point to visit the rest of the Cotswolds. We were a family of four with two toddlers. The rooms were perfect for what we needed, host was accommodating, animals in the grounds were very friendly, rooms had all the mod cons that you needed. Couldn't have asked for more really, did exactly what it says on the tin. Didn't try the pool but that's because the weather in general was too cold.
Lovely short stay with my husband for a weekend away! Clean, pretty cottage in such a lush location. Easy to travel to and explore the local Cotswolds villages and towns. Really pretty grounds, and we loved the option of the shared pool! Will certainly be back. Thanks!
Amazing place! Traditional features with modern amenities. Central heating in all rooms. Lots to do for kids - pool, playground equipment, farm and forest! I can see myself definitely coming again and recommending to all friends and family too.
Loved staying at Manor Farm, the barns have been taken over recently by cotswolds cottages and they've given them a lovely upgrade. The pool was amazing! Loved the lake too
We stayed in Ash Lodge, the cabin in the woods! Lovely relaxed atmosphere and Tom was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. The lodge is basic but clean and a great place to relax!
We stayed at the henloft, one of a number of farm outbuilding conversions. Value for money.
Such an amazing stay, what a gem! The whole family had a great time. There is a games room and swimming pool for the kids and grown ups to enjoy alike. The lake and the forest adventure zone were brilliant fun. Also the place is just stunning, friendly farm animals to see and feed too. We spent most of the time on the site having fun, but the zoo, the lakes and Jeremy clarksons farm/pub is just down the road, so great local attractions too! Would highly recommend and booking again for next year with some friends and family too!
